Preprogrammed profiles for a variety of shapes make setup fast and simple; profiles include flat edge, flat edge with radius top & bottom, bullnose, half-bullnose, demi-bullnose, and other convex shapes for 2 cm (3/4") to 6 cm (2-3/8") stone thickness. The "Velocity" can handle pieces up to 12' long x 12' wide (with support conveyor). Control: Easy-to-use, user-friendly color touch-screen; preprogrammed operator parameters including profile configurations for varying stone thicknesses, conveyor speed, spindle motor selection, spindle stagger & holddown timing. Additional controls: User-friendly help screens, on-screen diagnostics, maintenance schedule management, setup screens, and more. Spindles: (1) Back gauging spindle, (2) pre-grinding spindles for waste material removal, (1) Servo driven shaping spindle, (6) polishing spindles, (2) chamfer spindles. Center water feed on all spindles except Servo shaping spindle; internal air purge on all spindles to prevent bearing and seal contamination.
