Description The new Pro-Edge IV combines superior performance and productivity with state-of-the-art computerized controls to produce more finished linear feet of material per hour than manual methods. Demanding projects and the hardest materials are edged, polished and finished fast. And now with a control panel that features Spanish-language controls and advanced diagnostic screens, the Pro-Edge IV is even more productive and user-friendly.

The Pro-Edge IV shapes and polishes a variety of convex edges from 3/8" to 6" thick and flat edges from 3/8" to 4" thick and up to 12' long. In addition, concave and ogee edges can be shaped and polished. The advanced control panel guides the operator through automatic steps and up to 70 programmable, repeatable edge profiles. When complete, the fabricated pieces are held to the work surface tightly by pneumatically driven clamps and are loaded with the polished side down without scratching the surface or breaking.
